Industrial labels
For the production of industrial labels we use mainly screen printing and letterpress technology. Such labels are suitable for use in industry where premium quality and durability are required. This is not only in indoor areas such as warehouses or production halls, but also outdoors, where thanks to the high quality of screen printing (letterpress) they retain their colours, shape and description even in adverse conditions. According to the customer's wishes, screen printing in special colours, on different types of material in any dimensions is possible
Clear labels
In addition to printed labels, we also produce labels without printing, so-called clean labels. The advantage of clear labels is their later reprinting and fast and efficient production. Labels without printing find application in all industries, but especially in logistics. Based on the customer's requirements, clean labels can be produced from various materials such as paper or foil in combination with different types of adhesives (peel and stick, permanent, with increased adhesive strength). The customer can then reprint the clean labels according to his needs.
Logistic labels
We produce logistics labels according to the required dimensions using a wide range of materials. Logistics labels are mostly without printing or with a simple overprint according to customer requirements. We also supply standard labels, such as self-adhesive "grey logistics wheels", widely used in automotive production as a fixation of transport documents on plastic boxes with the advantage of easy peeling without adhesive residue. In addition, logistics labels can be used to mark shipping boxes and pallets in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, to fix cables and wires or for masking.
TTR labels
We produce thermal transfer (TTR) labels that are designed for thermal printers. These allow fast printing using thermal transfer technology on various types of materials from plastic to textiles and metals. They are used in retail, industry or logistics where high print quality and speed are needed in product labelling, stock labelling or barcode printing.
Laserable labels
We offer labels on a roll for laser printing. Laserable labels are suitable for the demanding conditions of the automotive, engineering and electrical industries. The main advantage of laser printing is accurate and contrasting marking with excellent legibility, which is crucial for production processes. This type of label is also produced as a safety label with destructive properties.
Safety labels
Security labels are used to protect your own products against counterfeiting or tampering. This type of label is made from special materials that can be used to tell if the label has been tampered with, tried to peel off or if the product has been damaged. They are used as security and protection indicators in industries, logistics, as labels for consumer electronics and pharmaceutical products, and in many other sectors.
3D labels
3D labels are a special feature that catches the eye at first glance. These are labels with a three-dimensional effect, which we achieve with Hibosscal technology, patented in Japan. 3D labels enhance the design of the product whether it is a logo, food, drink, decoration, cosmetics and much more. This kind of label is very attractive to the human eye and its 3D dimension will differentiate the product from the competition.
